The 2023 Honda Pilot has been completely redesigned to bring drivers the largest and most powerful SUV ever from Honda. An ever more powerful V6 engine
The all-new 2023 Honda Pilot has been completely redesigned with more power and refinement than ever before. It is equipped with the most powerful V6 engine to ever come from Honda, producing 285 horsepower and 262 lb.-ft. of torque. Crafted at Honda's auto plant in Lincoln, Alabama, this 24-valve DOHC 3.5-liter V6 engine features a unique low-profile cylinder head and high tumble ports for improved combustion in a compact design that reduces overall cylinder head height by 30mm and removes the need for separate cam bearing caps. Paired with an exclusive 10-speed automatic transmission tuned for performance and fuel efficiency, along with paddle shifters for manual control, the new 2023 Honda Pilot is ready for any driving condition.
The new 2023 Honda Pilot also introduces the second generation of its award-winning torque vectoring i-VTM4™ all-wheel drive system. This more capable system features a stronger rear differential that can handle up to 40% more torque, providing 30% faster response for maximum traction in all driving scenarios. Up to 70% of the engine's torque can be sent to the rear axle and 100% of that torque can be distributed to either the left or right wheel.
Plus, five selectable drive modes (Normal, Eco, Snow, Sport, and Tow) let drivers enhance their experience for various conditions. The TrailSport trim adds Sand mode and Trail mode for off-road adventures plus an impressive tow rating of up to 2268 kg - perfect for boats, campers or "toy" trailers alike!
Very spacious interior that’s perfect for your active family
The new 2023 Honda Pilot offers a modern and spacious interior, with clean surfacing and sophisticated materials for a luxurious look and feel. Its instrument panel top has been designed to reduce windshield reflections, giving passengers greater visibility. With class-leading passenger space, the all-new Pilot also offers 60mm more second-row legroom and 16mm more third-row legroom than before, plus up to 10° of recline angle in the second-row seats. The Body Stabilizing front seats further ensure fatigue reduction over longer drives while improved entry angles makes getting into the third row easier than ever before.
The 2023 Honda Pilot Touring and Black Edition offer on-demand 8-occupant flexibility with a multi-function removable middle seat that can be stored underneath the rear cargo floor. With three distinct seating options, owners can choose from a traditional second row bench for 3-across seating and 8-passenger total capacity, a captain's chair wide center armrest with additional drink holders, or a wide pass-through for access to the third row - perfect for when child seats are installed in the outboard second-row seats. Plus, Pilot is the only vehicle in its class with standard 8-passenger seating and an opening panoramic moonroof. Heated seats and steering wheel come standard across all trims as well.
With up to 3,219 litres of cargo room behind the first row and 635 litres behind the third row, Honda Pilot has its most cargo space yet plus a massive console bin that can accommodate full-size tablets, an instrument panel shelf plus 14 large cupholders that fit wide 32 oz water bottles.

Featuring a standard 7-inch digital instrument panel with customizable functions such as Honda Sensing® settings and vehicle information, the Pilot also supports wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility. For an even more sophisticated experience, Touring and Black Edition feature a configurable 10.2-inch digital instrument display with multi-view camera system paired with a colour head-up display.
EX-L, TrailSport, Touring and Black Edition of the 2023 Honda Pilot come equipped with a larger 9-inch colour touchscreen and wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility. Additionally, these models feature a faster processor for lag-free performance as well as Qi-compatible wireless charging. The navigation system on the Touring and Black Edition has been simplified with new graphics and fewer menus and is recessed slightly from the edge of the dash, making it easier to use while driving.
For an even better listening experience, Touring and Black Edition models get a 12-speaker Bose premium audio system custom-engineered for the new interior. Featuring Bose Centerpoint technology, SurroundStage digital signal processing and a large 15.7-litre capacity subwoofer box, this system produces immersive sound no matter where you're sitting in the cabin.
